3.Product Introduction
Our company introduced S and N coal mill technology from Germany in 1978, and introduced a full set of design, manufacturing, inspection, test and other comprehensive technical products of MB coal mill from Russia in 2005. After absorption of technology, we have independently developed a full range of MFQ coal mills.
Technical Characteristics
Adapting to coal with high moisture content: good adaptability to coal with raw coal moisture content up to 50% (lignite).
Lifting head strength: the maximum lifting head with powder can reach more than 2000Pa.
Light impact wheel: the impact wheel of coal mill has light weight, small moment of inertia, short starting time and strong ventilation capacity.
Composite structure strike plate: the composite structure strike plate is made of high-strength, wear-resistant, heat-resistant and impact resistant alloy materials and is welded on the high-strength steel plate by special process. Its service life can reach 3000～5000 hours.
Adjustable Outlet Air Volume: the upper part of the separator is equipped with an air volume expansion damper and an air volume internal circulation loop regulator, which can adjust the outlet ventilation and effectively adjust the air coal ratio at the outlet of the separator.
Adjustable coal fineness: pulverized coal fineness regulating baffle is installed inside the separator, which has a large adjustment range for pulverized coal fineness at the outlet of the separator.
