1. Scope of Application
The bridge type bucket wheel blending reclaimer adopts full section reclaiming, which is coordinated with blending stacker to achieve the homogenization effect.
The equipment is widely used in iron and steel industry, building materials and energy industries, mainly used in strip stockyards with high requirements for material homogenization performance, and the process requirements for mixing and reclaiming of coal, concentrate, fine ore and other bulk materials.
2.Equipment Process and Structure
Generally, 1~2 piles of material are arranged in one linear stockyard, and the equipment adopts the full section reclaiming process, which cannot cross piles.
The equipment can be divided into single side rake and double side rake according to the layout of stock yard.
Each equipment of single rake structure corresponds to a stock pile. Generally, two reclaimers are equipped with one slewing stacker, which are arranged on both sides of stacker. Each equipment of double harrow structure corresponds to two stock piles.
3.Product Introduction
Our bridge type bucket wheel reclaimer products have been updated for many times, and now various products have been developed. The products with reclaiming capacity, rail span and structure have independent intellectual property rights and won many awards in Shenyang City and Liaoning Province.
