1. Scope of Application
The bridge scraper reclaimer adopts the full section reclaiming process, which is coordinated with the mixing stacker to achieve the homogenization effect.
It is widely used in building materials, iron and steel, and energy industries, mainly used to scrape strip stockyards with high requirements for material homogenization performance, and complete the process requirements for mixing and reclaiming of limestone, coal, concentrate and other bulk materials.
2.Equipment Process and Structure
Generally, two piles of materials are arranged in one linear stockyard, and the equipment cannot cross stockpiles. Adopt the reclaiming process of full section reclaiming.
According to the ground belt conveyor layout, the equipment can be divided into three structures: horizontal type, inclined type and head up type.
The equipment can be divided into mechanical rake and hydraulic rake according to the rake form.
3. Product Introduction
Since 1990, our company has started to research and develop bridge scraper reclaimer products. After many updates, we have developed various products with reclaiming capacity, gauge and structure. We have independent intellectual property rights and won many awards from Shenyang City, Liaoning Province and China Machinery Industry Federation.
Technical features:
Suitable for all kinds of loose materials and strip homogenizing material yard for single material storage;
Reclaiming capacity: 40~2000t/h;
Track gauge: 16.4~65m.
The control can realize the integration of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems to the unmanned operation of the whole machine.
