The electrical auto control system of vertical roller mill is mainly used in the controlling, protection and monitoring of mill’s auxiliary system, and assuring the mill could satisfy the procedure requirement and up to the design manufacture capacity; this electrical control system suits to be used in any environment, the protection degree could be up to IP54, adopting advance automatic and controlling instrument, realizing discrete I/O central control, point to point connection control and also the HMI operation model.
The electrical control system includes: control cabinet of oil station, auxiliaries, control cabinet of separator and PLC control cabinet. The main function is lubrication protection of mill main gear box. The material output size could be adjusted via the speed control of powder separator, using imported frequency converter to control the separator motor. The core of vertical mill running controlling system is the PLC control cabinet, which monitors the running parameters of mill and feed-back the parameters to center control room, judge and warn potential safety hazard in advance, assuring the safety and stable running of vertical roller mill.
