During the closed management period, more than 600 employees of NHI worked and lived in the plant, including 7 company executives and 40 middle managers. The "head goose" effect is promoting the NHI in closed management to successfully complete various production tasks.

"I'm used to working overtime to catch up with the progress, but although the accommodation conditions are a little difficult this time, they can be overcome." In order to solve the sleeping problem of more than 600 people, the logistics service center took multiple means to implement all accommodation materials in only three hours. After an overnight contact and transportation, 535 marching beds, 576 bedding and 66 sleeping bags were distributed in the morning of the 24th. Employees of NHI overcame many difficulties and made every effort to ensure the production nodes of key projects.
The fan mills and traveling grate products exported to Indonesia are all the key projects of the NHI, which are actively involved in the "one belt and one way" strategy and self export. In order to ensure that these products can be completed and assembled on time, the main management cadres of the production command center stay in the factory, go to the structural parts branch, major parts branch and reassembly branch to understand the production progress every day, hold on-site meetings with front-line workers and grass-roots managers at the workshop site, and organize and coordinate the production progress.
