NHI: Hold the fort in Spring Festival, vigorously promote key projects
On the Spring Festival of the Year of the snake, NHI factory area is a bustling scene. In order to ensure the smooth progress of key projects, many front-line workers stick to their jobs and interpret their responsibilities and responsibilities with sweat and dedication.
Walking into the assembly workshop, the workers are methodically dismantling and assembling the first domestic 5.5-meter rolling cutter shear, after which the equipment will be sent to the user site to serve China's steel industry. In order to deliver the equipment on time, the assembly workers at the front line have been on the job for many days, organizing the disassembly and packing according to the packing list and installation sequence, and preparing for shipment.
In the processing workshop, Mr Hu Jianfeng was hectic , he focused on the working display to ensure that every data is accurate in the sparks flying. "During the Spring Festival, although I can't spend time with my family, I can contribute to our key projects and feel secure in my heart." Hu Jianfeng's simple words speak out the voice of many front-line workers.
In the welding workshop of the structural parts branch factory, the arc flashes and the welding flowers splash, the welders sweat like rain to overcome the low temperature of minus 25℃ for delivering the products on time. The welding position of some products was low, and the workers already crawled on the steel plate for more than 2 hours. "Although the conditions are hard, we believe that as long as everyone insists the sprit holding the same breath and hundred people having one gun, we will be able to complete the task and hand the work at hand beautifully to the user." Meng Fanwu seriously said from the structural parts factory cold work.
It is understood that since the beginning of 2025, a number of key projects of NHI have concentrated production. In order to ensure the production schedule, nearly 1,000 people stick to the production line during the Spring Festival. There are experienced teachers among them, there are young fresh forces, everyone works together, closely cooperate, and strive for the common goal.
These front-line workers who stick to their posts during the Spring Festival interpret the fighting spirit of NHI with practical actions. They are the most lovely people in this Spring Festival and have laid a solid foundation for the future development of NHI.
