1.Scope of Application
The roll plate straightener is widely used in steel rolling mills, shipyards, non-ferrous metal processing plants, bridge plants, metal structure plants, etc. It can be used not only for single sheet straightening of ferrous and non-ferrous metal plates, but also for online straightening of shear lines such as leveling and uncoiling units and flattening units. The plate thickness can be straightened from 0.5 mm to 32 mm, and the width of the straightened plate can be up to 5000 mm.

3.Product Introduction
The roll plate straightener series has four models and more than ten specifications, including five roll, seven roll, nine roll and even twenty-three roll series. According to the classification of application industry, most of them are quadruple straighteners for ferrous metal straightening, while most of them are six straighteners for nonferrous metal straightening.
Our company has developed the straightener for many years, which has the advantages of reasonable structure, good performance, convenient and reliable use, and high straightening accuracy. According to user requirements, electric or hydraulic screwdown can be used, while the roller system balance can adopt spring balance or hydraulic balance to design and produce high, medium and low grade straighteners of various specifications. In order to improve the work efficiency of the straightener, our company has designed and developed a rapid roll change device, roll turnover device, roll cleaning device, etc. The eleven roll plate straightener designed and produced by our company is exported to Morocco, North Africa, and is well received by users.
