The profile straightener is a device for straightening ferrous metal profiles and non-ferrous metal profiles. Straightening machine extrudes profiles through straightening rolls to change their straightness. Most of the profile straighteners in metal processing enterprises work on a single machine, and are used to straighten various profiles such as I-beams, channel steels, angle steels, rails, square and round steels at fixed length outside the line. Large steel plants arrange different types of profile straighteners to eliminate the original curvature through repeated elastic-plastic bending deformation, so as to make them straight, which is conducive to improving the quality of profiles.

3.Product Introduction
There are many types of profile straightening, which can be divided into fixed pitch and variable pitch according to whether the pitch is variable; It can be divided into double roll profile straightener and staggered roll profile straightener according to different roll layout; According to the placement form, it can be divided into horizontal and vertical profile straighteners; According to its functions, it can also be divided into profile pressure straightener, aluminum profile roll straightener, inclined roll straightener for circular section profile straightening, roll profile straightener, etc.
Our company has a long history of designing and developing profile straighteners. At present, the main types of profile straighteners in China are all produced and have relevant achievements. Among them, 350/450 type steel straighteners produced for Angang Large Plant serve military products, and 550 12 roll precision aluminum profile straighteners are produced for Southwest Aluminum Co., Ltd., with wide straightening specifications and high precision. In 2012, our company designed and produced two 1200mm large section steel straighteners for a steel plant in Northeast China, which are typical representatives of modern large section steel straighteners.
